Rio Grande Chapter of the Sierra Club

“Marian Matthews is proud to have voted for legislation important to the Rio Grande Sierra Club in her first legislative session in February, reestablishing the residential solar tax credit (SB29) and enacting the Energy Grid Modernization Roadmap (HB233). She just bought her second hybrid vehicle, installed five rain barrels for her garden, recycles religiously, and convinced her law partners in the 1980s to build a passive solar office building for their firm.
